Carter's Rules

At East Term 1 2013 the RC Carter came up with a list of three rules that were to never be broken. Carter would mention these rules every chance he got and firmly believed in their power. If he saw you breaking any of his rules he would just say "No no no, no no, no no no no, noooo, no no no." or give you the Carter death stare.
