Half-year ambiguity

Half-Year Ambiguity
The period of time around November-December where the most recent year of TIP can't really be referred to as "this year" or "last year" cause it just doesn't make any sense. if you call it this year, it could be the upcoming year, or it could be the most recent, and if you call it last year, then it could be the one before.
NOTE: Does not have as much of an effect on TIP grads just coming out of fourth year because, unfortunately, there is no "next year" to worry about.
