Harris Teeter is the place most of campus heads to when they get a chance to be on 9th street. There is essentially no other reason then for burning large amounts of money on food and other absurd items. TiPsters are expected to go through the store in a certain time limit, although that generally means we wait another 15 minutes for the stragglers.
