Jay 'Mattew' Fields also known as 'Jessie', is a TIPster who attended TIP@Tech 2015. He resides in Deion's group aspires to be a 'hot grill' when he grows up. A notable achievement was briefly transforming into a 'hot grill' during Deion's TIPSync segment known as 'Never Gonna Funk You Up', one of the few acts that have historically reached a negative score. Dasha, a Russian spy judging TIPSync to gain intel, broke into a fit of Russian anger after being rickrolled. Nevertheless, Jay's group were high in spirits after their act.
