Overview
Melodious Milkville is a town that is plagued by the infamous Black Bird Gang and its leader, Split Splat. The crack police force currently has not been able to catch any of the fugitives, and instead arrests citizens for Jay Walking, a crime which warrants the same punishment as murder.
Geography
Melodious Milkville is known for several defining landmarks. The Milky Lake of Dispair is located in one corner of the perfectly rectangular city.
