At Texas A&M Term 1 2008, a group of students (among them Jessica, Tara, Nadya, and Laura) gathered in the A3 Lounge for evening activities. Their activity: board games. These four along with some others chose to play Monopoly. As soon as the Monopoly box was opened, the entire group of Monopoly players, normally docile students, started laughing uncontrollably, cracking crazy jokes, and singing obnoxiously at the top of their lungs. (Laura's favorite was I Kissed a Girl.) For this, Jessica even earned immortality in the termbook with the nickname of "Monopoly." In memory of this historic event (and in accordance with the note we left in the box), we ask that every time someone plays Monopoly in the A3 Lounge, they continue our legacy by singing random songs.
