A, more often than not, cruel overlord that rules over a group of 10-14 TIPsters with an iron fist. They live in a dorm room near the TIPsters they oppress and often enforce the idiotic and pointless rules and regulations of the TIP program. There have been rumors of kind and just RC's that ignore pointless rules and attempt to allow you to have the best time at TIP within reason, but these rumors are unconfirmed, much like the existence of the , and like the Sasquatch, the "cool RC" is still being sought after.
