It is an amazing TIP Artifact started by Jared Sterling (2014) when he handed it down to Timmy Lincoln (2015) as a joke. The Rubber Ducky then became symbolic and legit as it was passed onto Bobby Bates (2016). Bobby passed it onto Jack Tinkler(2017).The Rubber Ducky of Immaturity represents that certain youthfulness that many possess. This Duck is passed onto only the most immature and childish of third years. It is passed onto those who always find a way to make a stupid joke. It is passed onto those who, no matter what, will always act like little kids. The Rubber Ducky of Immaturity is exclusive to Term 1 at UGA.
