Skoo
Skoo (pronounced sk-ooooooo) is a phrase that one yells at the top of their lungs whenever they see a member of the opposite sex (or same sex) who they are attracted to, or just want to mess with. It was introduced by Peter Ehrensperger at App State Term II 2007 and has lived on ever since. It is the unofficial mating call of a TIPster, and is particularly useful for harassing Cheerleaders, who inevitably take over the dining halls at most TIP campuses.
