A common practice. In reality, it is quite simple to move a lamp, chair, couch, etc, from the Lounge to your room. RCs are generally indifferent to this practice. Televisions are more frowned upon, especially when they are subsequently dropped and the fuse to the hall blows and a rag is dragged into the office for interrogation.
EDIT: Kelly, the new OSC (On-site-coordinator, also known as OSB, or on-site-bitch) at east would NEVER allow such behavior. The limits will be tested next year by sacrificing fourth years, or, perhaps, somewhat willing second years
