The Summer Studies Bulletin is the amazing book of unimportant and unnecessarily informative information about Duke TIP. Its only relevance is that it proclaims the beginning of summer, or nerd camp season. Also it has a long list of everything not TIPpropriate. Most of the rules will be broken anyway, so they don't really matter.
