Tony (real name Ralph) was the long haired savage of Rice 2017. Known for his wavy hair and yelling stupid stuff, he was famous for getting locked out of the his room in a bathrobe. He was also known for literally forcing couples apart (At the dance smh) and forcing them to "leave room for jesus".
