The catchphrase "Break The Horse" is a meme used in games of Risk where one player forces another player to split a "Cavalry" unit into five "Infantry" units through the action of attacking a Territory.
Origin
The phrase was originally used in the Risk game of International Relations: Global Conflicts in the Term 1 of 2017 in Georgia Tech. It (The phrase) was created by Robert of the Yellow team and was adopted by the other players.
