Alexander Oak Steele-The Tree

Alexander Oak Steele-The Tree is supposedly a Southern Live Oak. This tree is the first immediately to the right when entering the Carr building on the Duke East campus. On the second day of class of Term 2 2017 at Duke East, Zachariah Steele and Alexander wed, making their anniversary 7/11. The term used to describe Alexander's relationship to Zach is 'trouse,' a portmanteau of 'tree' and 'spouse' that Fisher, a girl in Zach's RAG and class made up. Alexander and Zach have an open and communication based relationship.

The Ceremony

The wedding of Zach and Alexander took place on 7/11/17. Zach was wearing a gray button up, navy knee length shorts, and a paper black and blue flower crown made the day before in his evening activity. Alexander wore the finest greens and browns, bringing out his natural beauty. There were many random tipsters attending, and a few tipsters that were close to the couple were part of the ceremony. These special individuals include Clarissa Worthington (the Gay Athiest Priest), Sadie Rogers (Zach's Mother), and Liv Hand (the Ringbearer).
