BAMF
This is the Billy Anger Management Foundation.
Created by a small group of people, the BAMF was a recurring joke whenever anytime Billy did something to piss off another person (most days).
The BAMF was created by a small group of girls in the Psychology Term 1 class. It was said to believe if everyone at camp donated a minimum of five dollars, that Billy's anger management therapy could have been paid off.
I have very little information on this, if you have anything feel free to elaborate.
