Richardson Dorm, used by the TIP program in 2004 at Davidson campus, was four floors and a basement, making it really 5 floors logically. Two RC groups (RAGs) were placed on each floor, with a bathroom and staris at end of the hall. Richardson is located between Vail commons and Belk, towards the parking lot. It was the best (and known as the coolest) of the four dorms used that year, the others being "down the hill". This was also the home of the Pink Flamingo Branch of the Phrench Mafia at Term II of that year.
Also, during Term I, the common room of the third floor was used as the meeting place for the Church of Max, which assembled on Sundays and preached the wisdom of .
