tipstravaganza, also apparently known as tipstars, is an event held on the second friday of duke east term 1 2019. in the event, there is not one, but two evening activities. instructors requested that we choose our top 5 activities instead of our top 3 as we usually do. it is yet to occur as of friday morning, and i guess i'll add more later.
