Toby Huang

Tobias / Toby Huang is a Tipster who attended Duke Tip from 2018 to present. He comes from Austin, Texas, and he is allergic to mosquitos. In his second year, Tobias took Historical Epidemiology, Term I 2018 at Rice. He was the leader of the USSR for three weeks, bringing the country into a somewhat prosperous state. He was known for practicing the violin in his dorm room, doing Fortnite dances (most notably: squat kicks, floss, Best Mates, shoot, and failing miserably at the default dance), wearing nice sneakers (including his prized Human Races), coming to dinner 10 minutes early, coming to breakfast 5 minutes before it was over, and eating breakfast in coffee cups. He was also single and had a relatively clean score of 93 on the Rice Purity Test.
