Shelby Balmer

Shelby began her tip experience when she met Lauren Watson in the vending machine room during Davidson Term 1 2016. They didn’t talk for the rest of the term. Shelby took Constitutional Law as her first class and was in Annie’s rag. She then attended East Term 1 2017 where she took Dictators, Kings, and CEOs. In 2018, she took PCULT but she was also reunited with Lauren. Her roommate was Maddie Peronto which was a pairing of a lifetime. Shelby is now a fourth year fourth year and took International Relations for her fourth year. She is known for her love of Cheerwine, great advice, and bring an amazing friend. She is also one of Megan Vaz’s (The Pimp Robe) hoes.
